Steel bumper loop?

I am looking to buy an OEM steel bumper for my 2020 JLUR. I found one but it doesn't have the loop. Is the loop a separate part that I can buy and screw onto the OEM steel bumper or does the loop weld to the bumper as 1 piece?

The loop is NOT stock to the Steel Bumper. As stated above, there is Mopar available. Also Warn has 3 different heights...I have Mid Hoop:

I was looking at the Warn hoop reviews on Amazon and they got pretty poor reviews and surprisingly to me was they are made in Russia.

I bought a single hoop from my Jeep dealer. At the time (early 2023) it was about the same price as aftermarket using a MOPAR coupon, and was a simple direct bolt-on to the OEM bumper. There is (or was, have not looked recently) a three-hoop version, but it was not available at that time (though in their accessories catalog). If sticking with the OEM bumper, the OEM hoop is probably the easiest, safest option, and there always seem to be coupons on my dealer's website.

Sadly the OEM is too short for my taste. That said, if you put the Grimm side by side the OEM, you will be hard pressed to see a difference in color or texture.

The bumper isn't installed yet. I did check the bar for any alignment issues. Should be like a 10 minute install with no modification at all.
