Squeaky center storage console. Fix ideas?

Minor issue but I am wondering if folks have already done a home brew fix.....

As I am driving, I will often put my right elbow/forearm on the center storage console. The second I do that, it starts to squeak. Take my right arm away, no squeaks.

short of cutting off my right arm, has anyone tackled a fix on this? I am wondering if a little foam “weather stripping” between the storage bin and the lid might work? Thoughts?

So, I guess that iM the only one with a squeaky center armrest/console. WHOOT “one of one”!!!!!

Hmmmmmm. I guess I’m down to just cutting off my right arm. Just call me “Lefty”....... unless, of course, somebody else has solved the squeak!
