Speaker issue?

I dealt with a month ago.

I took it to dealership, they had my jeep for 4 hours, tell me it' a blown drivers side dash speaker and are ordering a new one.

Week later they have jeep for 7 hours replacing the speaker, while driving home I put on sport talk radio, then bang head into steering wheel...nothing changed still reverb voices.

Dealer has 0 clue what it is or what to do.

I have the same issue. Was listening to the O’s game and the drivers side dash speaker has a harmonic tone projecting during play by play.
It sounds as if something is vibrating. Anyone solve this yet?

Mine is going in on the 17th for same driver side speaker but not sure I want them to look at until this is resolved ,,,,seems like I will be relinquishing my Rig to tell me the same thing Im hearing Here !!

Off Topic : My fan motor rev's up extremely High on remote start ....Im sure its doing it while driving but cant hear it then ....Anybody else ?????

I wouldn’t sweat that. My Raptor did that, and so does my GMC. It’s to bring cabin to temp ASAP.

I have a scratchy/Static sound when using my iPhone. I will try talk radio when I get home. It sounds like the speaker is blown when people talk. My wife paired her phone and tried using just USB connection and they both sounded the same. @JeepCares Is this something I need to contact my dealer about?

Mine does this as well, I think it's normal functionality to get the heater or A/C going. I think they assume you're remote starting from inside your house or from a long distance, not standing right next to your car.

I tested a few things out last night and it seems to just be the bluetooth connection for my phone. The SXM sounds fine and Apple CarPlay music sounds fine. Bluetooth calls sound terrible. The phone calls have a distinct scratchy noise. I connected my bluetooth headset to my phone and did not notice the same issue with phone calls. It is a minor annoyance, but I'm not sure i want my brand new jeep ripped apart just yet to resolve a bluetooth issue. Heres hoping to it just an over the air software fix. Everything else is absolutely amazing.

i looked at mine a little closer this morning. It seems as if that harmonic sound is coming from under the dash. Maybe the drivers lower speaker next to the door. There is also a small grill to the right of the steering wheel that I seem to be able to hear/feel the sound coming from. But that may just be resigual noise from the actual source.
