Soft Top Window

I have ‘21 JL Sport 2 door soft top. Has anyone had issues with the driver’s side window track separating from where it slides into the roof track? I happened prior and was replaced in 10/22 and It has happened again with the new window. The passenger side is fine.

I have that issue on both sides. I’ve tried to fix it by using a heat gun and bending the track closed. It works for a while but it eventually opens up enough to Let the slide through. It hasn’t caused any issues (ie leaks) so I just live with it.

This is an old and another annoying Jeep thing problem that Stellantis refuses to address. Plenty of threads on this in the forum and at least one of them addresses a few good DIY solutions. When I have a moment, I'll search around and see if I can find that specific thread and post it here.
