Soft top head bar issue (wind leak)

I also have a leak. It's coming from the plastic cover piece right above the side mirror on the door. I finally noticed the the rubber gasket seal was sticking out a bit. I have some 3M double sided tape on the way.

I had the same issue occur on mine after installing a sun shade. There are two small rubber tabs in that area that mate to the top of the door surrounds. I pulled my windshield back a few inches to install the shade, and when I bolted it back down those rubber pieces folded back on themselves. Removed door surounds and reseated windshield and leak is gone.
