Simple Rubicon or Full Rubicon

I’m placing an order today for a Rubicon Hybrid, replacing my RUBICON JLU 2-door PUNK'IN because I have 3 children now.
Here is the choice at my disposal.
A Granit Crystal that has little equipment,
Dual top
intégrated off road camera

Or a fully equipped Sting ray leather wich willl be available in November
Dual top
Safety group
advanced safety group
cold weather group
leather seats
Hardtop Headliner
integrated off road camera

there is 3500 US dollars difference betwenn the 2 jeeps.
What do you think ?
I like both colors.
Safety pack and adance safety pack are a real advantage ?
is it preferable to buy a vehicle produced in July rather than a vehicle produced in May.
I like the Leather but it's not necessary.
the addition of electronic elements does not add the risk of failures ?

Personally I would go with fully equipped. But that's a personal choice.

• Safety group and advanced safety group are not necessities but they're nice to have. Especially when paired with an auto trans on crowded highways and when backing up.
• Cold weather group is wonderful if you're in the cold, especially the heated steering wheel.
• I don't believe the month a vehicle is produced matters much anymore. They're mostly assembled by robots now and they don't care what month it is. This is a holdover from when humans did most of the auto assembly work.
• Yes, the addition of electronic elements adds to the risk of failures. But what is the risk? None of the electronic elements you're adding will cause you to become stranded if they fail. They will just stop working and you can drive without them. They're also a drop in the bucket compared to all the other electronic elements of the JL that you'll have regardless.

Leather is more kid proof being easier to clean and more stain resistant. If advanced safety includes adaptive cruise you will appreciate it if you do much highway driving.

Do people regret getting an options on any vehicle. Like is there some dude out there going fuck these power windows. Or fuck this A/C

I find it is the other way around. Like why did I forget to order the proximity locks every time I have to pull the fob out of my pocket to unlock the door to the Jeep.

November sting grey! November is right around the corner. 3500 is nothing over a 5 ur period if borrowing or if you got some funny money coming in from child credits or whatever we have going on right now.

The options will prob help for resale down the road.
