Mine aren't sagging at all but it's barely 2 months old though we've had plenty of warm days in Texas already. Mine is parked in a garage at work and home so possibly once it's exposed enough to sun it will sag or stretch.

I know this thread is referencing the factory soft tops, but my Bestop NX also has the same situation (side windows sag, but the back window seems pretty taut). It looks like they're just 1/2" or so too long, so I'm thinking of getting some pipe insulation to wrap around the end of the middle bows (which should pull the windows pretty tight).

Both of mine have the droop from the first day I put them on.

I took my Jeep to the dealership to address the sagging windows but they were worthless. They told me they couldn’t adjust anything so there’s nothing they can do. Then I reached out to Jeep Cares and after a week or so of back and forth emails and phone calls, they told me that they ordered me replacement windows and that the part number changed, which indicates they changed something about the windows. I picked up the replacements today and they are definitely much tighter then the original ones, I even had troubles putting them on because they were so tight. Contrast that to the original windows which would come unclipped in the rear every time I drove the Jeep and the side windows flapped in the wind.

FYI - Bestop makes the factory tops. Here is one of the labels that was on the replacement windows that I received today. Notice that there’s a Bestop and Mopar part number on the same label.

Thanks for the info, mine has done the same and it drives me crazy. I'm already working with Jeep care this weekend at the dealer, so I am going to add this request!
