Shock Recomendations

I have a 2" RC puck lift on my 2018 JLUR. It's time for new shocks and I'd like to eliminate the shock extensions. I'd also like to upgrade the OEM shocks. What specs for the shocks and what to upgrade to?

Assuming you have a 2.5" RC lift with 2" bump stop extensions. Here are some options based on AnnDee4444 's spreadsheet. I limited it to mostly monotubes, assuming you aren't looking to pony up for remote reservoirs. I have 2" extended Rubicon shocks listed so you can see how they compare. All of these are in the recommended range of 30-60% compressed at ride height, and give you the full available uptravel with the current setup.

We have the Bilstein 5100 3-4.5"s on ours and they are great and are available at a solid price point of ~$90 a corner. As @word302 mentions, the Fox 2.0s are an option that everyone seems to like as well, not sure on the Accutune cost, but they run around $160/corner.
