Scangauge II

Can someone explain the difference and/or why you would use/not use each of these settings? Setting up my Scangauge, need to fill up my 4 open slots. I know I will be utilizing 3 for sure, these will be: RGN/STM/TRB. I have one open slot I can fill. I was thinking one of these, but not sure which and the actual use they would have to me.
DPF Catalyst Temp Bank 1 Sensor 1
or
DOC Exhaust Gas Temp 2
or
SCR Exhaust Gas Temp 3
