No MOAB starting 2020. Its probably already done.

And I see the Rubicon owners are really sensitive to Moabs?
I've heard the rumor about no MOABs in 2020. And there may be some truth to the Rubi/MOAB rivalry but it's all poppycock to me. ;) Most of it is good-natured ribbing but some take it to the extreme. I for one really LIKE the MOAB and think it's a great package, but for me the Rubi checked all the right boxes. All Jeeps are awesome!

You have to remember that in this sense, Wranglers are like super cars. Some owners buy them to enjoy. Other owners buy them to compensate for a micro penis. The latter group is easy to identify because they are the ones yelling loudly and constantly how superior their vehicle is to every other vehicle.

Thanks everyone. Your explanations clear most of my questions up. Looks like I'll be staying with buying a Rubicon.
I didn't see it mentioned, but what it boils down to is purpose. If you are buying the thing to wheel it off-road, get a Rubicon (this is what made the decision for me). If you are buying the thing for any other reason, either works. :like:

Moabs do have the best stock rock rails. So they have that going for them. :like:

And they also look the best imo but thats subjective.
If you didnt know anything about wranglers or their pricing most people would probably think the moab is the ultimate off road version based on its looks alone.

And is your Sport stock?
Of course it is...just ribbing the folks that buy a Ruby and don't actually need or use it's capabilities. I don't care either way what someone buys if they need it or not. It's there money..whatever makes em happy.

And notice my winky face...means sarcastic tongue in cheek joke/comment to get this thread rolling like @ThirtyOne spoke about.

And the fact that it is called Moab. Which is more off-roadier than the Rubicon.

Really if you think about it the Moab is just like a better Rubicon. Because on-road you can have auto-4wd and they are both about the same off-road. And it looks better. And has a better name.

The only thing you can do with a Rubicon you can't do with a Moab is lock the axles and that is only a crutch for people that don't really know how to wheel.

So anyone who really knows what they are doing of-road would rather have a Moab.

Other than the fact that I didn't use any smilies (I guess a wink was in order ;) ) why did you think I wasn't being sarcastic too?

I don't even technically own a Jeep....both of the ones we own are my wife's, but I totally agree...it ain't my money so it ain't my business.
It's all good man :fist bump:

Takes a real man to admit both Jeep's are his wife's. I can't say the same about ours..lol. :giggle:
