Well, sounds like there is no other option out there right now and @Rock Krawler Suspension showed you how to fix it. Their response could’ve been worse.

My only option was to remove their product from my vehicle.

So you’re pissed at RK for telling you how to fix your issue? I’m confused. They’re even willing to send you a prototype once they have them. I don’t think there’s much more you could ask for from a lift manufacturer.

No (I followed his post in the other thread on this), he's upset because they refuse to refund his money for a product that he purchased based on RK's advertising it as fitting his vehicle but it doesn't fit.

It's great that RK has a temporary workaround, but they still need to offer refunds and quit advertising it as fitting if it doesn't fit. The purchasers aren't obligated to start hacking up their pads.

I haven’t looked at the bowing issue that much, so you still had bowing after removing them but there was nothing better? I’m assuming no other aftermarket option

It's very common to require modifications of the original equipment to accommodate aftermarket products. This is such a ridiculous issue to try and make into a serious problem. The marketing is correct, it does fit your Jeep. It just requires a small trim to the spring seats. It will still work much better than a different brand of lift, even Mopar itself screwed this up.

When I contacted RK they were totally aware of the problem, but they claimed this is all Jeep's fault.

If they were already aware of this problem why don't they provide a warning to potential buyers?

The RK correction pads worked great on my 2018 with the Mopar lift.

The bowing with my Mopar coils is the same now as it was before. With the RK 'correction' pads, it was undrivable.

Perhaps the other aftermarket companies are waiting to sort this issue out before advertising and selling a part/kit that may or may not work.

Yes, you were the one who first mentioned this kit to me (so it's all your fault ). Seriously though... the kit works well for most everyone... but Jeep changed an upper coil isolator and did not notify RK so they could make adjustments... apparently this does not affect everyone. The folks I talked to at RK said Jeep changed the upper isolator part five times in one year.

They did not want to tip off other manufactures of aftermarket parts, because those people just copy everything RK makes. (I'm paraphrasing... the original response from RK is in my first post)

The square will fit through the circle hole, you just have to trim the edges off.
