Every wrangler deserves ducks! Mostly female drivers duck each other here. You can tell if the driver is male or female by looking at the dash.
Also, only male drivers wave, to other Wranglers. Sometimes to Tesla drivers too, with middle finger optioal.

The drivers/owners deserve ducks as acknowledgment for their nice appreciated Wrangler. Not the vehicle that is incapable of maintaining itself. The rental companies appreciate the profit supplied by whatever vehicles they rent and must maintain them for business reasons only. What employee appreciates the duck at a rental co ? It’s not any employees Jeep ?
