I am in need of a set of Brake Hoses. I am taking a long shot and asking if anyone has access or knows where I can get them.

My Right Front brake hose needs to be replaced and I cannot drive my Jeep until I get it changed out.

I plan on changing both out.

Bottom line is that my Front Right Brake hose is starting to collapse and will not allow brake fluid to flow out of the caliper properly, causing the brake pad to stay gripped onto the rotor.

Easy enough, just change out the brake hoses, right? WRONG! The hoses are back ordered and I've been waiting since the Middle of July to get them.
I have opened a case with Jeep to help me find the hoses and the case manager is ghosting me. No one in my area has them.
So, I am taking this long shot in hoping that maybe, someone has done a swap out and kept their original hoses or maybe knows where I can get my hands on them.

If I cannot find them, I just have a very expensive driveway ornament until Jeep has them in stock.

And by the way, how many people are having a brake hose issue that the hoses are back ordered for over a month. This was a big issue with the JK and Jeep supposedly fixed it. Maybe not.

Hey @JeepCares Help me out!

Check claytons website. That's where I got my rear brake lines at and the fit and finish is really solid on them.

Just went through this last week. I ended up buying Synergy front lines from Northridge4x4.com and they work fine. Looks like they have Grimm lines in stock, appear identical to the Synergy lines I installed other than color. I paid for two day shipping and they delivered.

The Grimmoffroad brake lines just got back in stock yesterd
thank you for the replies. I ordered the hoses and I should have them by Thursday. I consider myself lucky because the ones I ordered from Jeep are still not in. I guess I didn’t make Jeep’s cut to get my hoses.

The OEM lines are crap. They must be using the same hose as the JK, which has a chronic problem you are experiencing.

I ran into the same issue with my wife's JL in early August. The front left hose collapsed and was dragging like crazy. Sport brake hoses were MIA; OEM or aftermarket. I work part-time in a repair shop and called our parts supplier. He checked four different warehouses, and no one had anything available.

So, our ~solution~ was to upgrade to HD front brakes. My wife wanted only OEM stuff, no remanufactured anything. I called my local Mopar parts guy and they had the Rubicon left and right hoses, pads, rotors, and the left caliper. He also found through the locator network the Jeep dealer near where my son works had the right caliper, and a dealership in Ohio had the caliper brackets. That parts guy was kind enough to ship them to me.

I wound up calling our local Mopar guy back the following week and ordered a second set of Rubi brake hoses just so I can upgrade mine as well, since I know it will probably happen sooner or later.

Thank you. I ordered them last week.
Hopefully those route the correct way to work with the Sport calipers. The big difference is where the hose enters the caliper; on a Sport, the hose is on the bottom of the caliper, and on the Rubi/HD caliper, the hose bolts on between the two pistons. Good luck!!!

This is why I get pissed off. Why can I get this type of good info from a forum and the mechanics never mentioned that as an option. I just hope these Northridge 4X4 hoses work. They supposedly work for both the Rubicon and the Sport calipers. They arrive Friday and they will get installed next week. Fingers crossed. At that point my jeep would have been sitting for 2 months.

Mopar must be having some issues with parts because the Jeep dealerships are buying Grimm lines from us regularly.
