The funny thing is - it's like it changed with the Stellantis ownership. Anyone with similar experiences?

Personally, I've managed to get them to consider major "just-outside-of-warranty" repairs on the basis of my brand loyalty. These days, they're just like "Eh."

No, my 1 experience with them last summer was a great one. They were very helpful
Totally off topic, but my brother's nickname is the same as your user name. :) LOL

I have never used Jeep Cares, but my dad has a Ram truck. He was telling me how the dealer refused to replace something that should be covered under warranty. I told him about Jeep Cares and that I bet Ram has something like it. He looked into it and found a number, pretty much the same (Ram Cares). He contacted them, they contacted dealer and everything was fixed and covered. That was 6 months ago.

Nope, I just think people expect more from them then they are capable of doing. They generally communicate for you in channels you may not be able to use. Doesn't mean they can fix everything for you, or that some people may be wrong in their request for service.
