I have never used Jeep Cares, but my dad has a Ram truck. He was telling me how the dealer refused to replace something that should be covered under warranty. I told him about Jeep Cares and that I bet Ram has something like it. He looked into it and found a number, pretty much the same (Ram Cares). He contacted them, they contacted dealer and everything was fixed and covered. That was 6 months ago.The funny thing is - it's like it changed with the Stellantis ownership. Anyone with similar experiences?
