Did you purchase the Jeep new Or used? What is the mileage?

I drove 30 miles one way for an appointment I made weeks earlier for a WAVE oil change on my new Jeep bought from that dealer: 2 hours after arriving the service manager came out and said they didn't have the oil for my jeep so I would have to reschedule some other time. I complained to hell and back including the dealership and jeepcares. Jeepcares did absolutely NOTHING for me. What a way to run your business.....so don't expect much of anything from jeepcares. They should call it jeepdoesn'tcare.I sent a direct message to jeepcares, I'm having some problems with my 2022jlru, I'm hoping to get a follow up at dealer, will they get back to me, I sent it on Saturday when I was off, they should see it at work today. No news yet.

Damn, no engine oil????I drove 30 miles one way for an appointment I made weeks earlier for a WAVE oil change on my new Jeep bought from that dealer: 2 hours after arriving the service manager came out and said they didn't have the oil for my jeep so I would have to reschedule some other time. I never take it off, so I don’t know whyAll 5 of my doors pop except the drivers rear door and only because I disconnected it so now it just flies open old school style. I'm thinking about doing all doors since there is no fix for this problem.
Located in california, los Angeles. Actually it happens everywhereHeads up: I don’t know where you are located, but if you think you need to go to another dealership, do NOT go to the dealership in Rialto. Service department is full of morons! Good luck with everything.
It's the way they are welded inside. They only get worse.I never take it off, so I don’t know why
I've also read on the forum that it seems like the only way to fix it is to replace the door. Or, re-weld it? I'm sure they won't do it.It's the way they are welded inside. They only get worse.
Replacing the door is a waste of time since they will do it again. I'm the most sensitive to noise person on the planet and it hardly bothers me anymore. The passenger door did bother me at first so I disconnected the door stop and it goes away, but so does your ability to have the door stay open. That door made the most noise since I use it the most with my dog.I've also read on the forum that it seems like the only way to fix it is to replace the door. Or, re-weld it? Replacing it might be fine, it can only be a matter of probability. Otherwise a recall should be initiated. my car has been taken over by hair of the dog.Replacing the door is a waste of time since they will do it again. LOL! You must be new here, doors would have to be coming off at 80mph and people falling out for Jeep to initiate a recall.Replacing it might be fine, it can only be a matter of probability. Otherwise a recall should be initiated. my car has been taken over by hair of the dog.
Get some Armorlite flooring. It's life changing.Replacing it might be fine, it can only be a matter of probability. Otherwise a recall should be initiated. my car has been taken over by hair of the dog.
