I sent a direct message to jeepcares, I'm having some problems with my 2022jlru, I'm hoping to get a follow up at dealer, will they get back to me, I sent it on Saturday when I was off, they should see it at work today. No news yet.

I purchased my jeep at Sierra CDJR of Monrovia (a little far from my house, but I've always gotten my maintenance done here. locage in California

call the 1-800 number and you get instant help..you get a real person. they took care of my problem and gave me a free maxcare $0 deductible warranty for my troubles...I guess I could have have waited for a pm but the phone call was quicker and easier..

Also the battery volt kind of low and little bit hard to start the engine

It sounds like your oil filter housing might be leaking, and need replacing.
Also, the decrease in coolant and knocking is possibly a blown head gasket.
Not good.
