Do you have a copy of the POC from the dealer? Make sure they spelled your last name correctly. The tracker will only pull up info if there is an exact match on name and VON.

I do have the POC but my name isn't on it. It says it was sold to the Dealership as a dealer order.

It should have your name on it for a custom order.

Sadly I have and it just says there is currently no information about your vehicle

Hate to say it but for a custom order, Scheduling Priority: should be 1-Sold Order, not 4-Dealer Order. They didn't enter it as a custom order a customer, they entered it as one of their own orders. That is going to put it at the end of the line as far as production as custom customer orders go through first.

So frustrating ugh. Is there anyway to track it? Or anyway to prove it was actually ordered? The dealer is being less than helpful to say the least.

It appears that it is not a custom order. If that is the case then I don’t believe you will be able track.

I thought so too. I was expecting November. Dealership said they truck them in so no rail delays. Guess I got lucky so no complaints here.
