Care to elaborate on this a bit?....
For the OP's sake?
OP has an auto and is doing a tire diameter change of under 10%.
Regearing is expensive, and can go sideways. The reward is not worth the cost/risk. At 37’s, possibly. But an axle swap would be better. Having an M/T could also make it worth it, but again the axle swap is probably a better idea.

I think so far i will not regear , i have time u til summer thats why i am looking to get it done and i will talk to couple more places about it and how much they want for a lift kit! The one i was already said $1500 for a rough country lift $500 part and $1000 labor . Ask a round a bit more and see heck might just put some 33s too for now ko2s

Put the 33" tires on it, and just drive it for a few months....
By then, you'll have a better feel for what you really want to do with it.
Enjoy that Jeep! ?

Thank you everyone!! Looks like all agree on a no regear , how about the fenders or 2.5 lift kit .
I did a fender-chop last year. I went with Quake LEDs and Nemesis fender liners. I love the look and extra room in the wheel wells. The job itself, however, is not for the faint of heart. It was a lot harder than expected and took me all weekend. It stretched my DIY skills and tested my marriage. :) It took me Friday night and all day Saturday to get one done. Once I figured that one out, I did the other 3 Sunday afternoon. Here's my before & after pics ('18 JLUR / 2.5" lift / 37's).

Whats up guys ! Got my first Jeep couple months 2021 Willys 2.0 and looking to put some 35s on it . With what i been researching is a bit confusing to reager or not , the car is my everyday drive and here and there some easy off-roading with the family and kids . On top of that for the 35s i have seen some videos online saying that you dont need a lift kit you can do it with Rubicon fenders, anyone done it?
Ps. If anyone has a set of 35s in Chicago land let me know ..
I have never experienced a lack of tire room under my Jeeps (TJR/JKR/JLR). I mounted 37s on my TJ when folks said it was impossible. I had 35 x 12:50 GY Duratracts on my JKR and now on my JLR they do not rub anywhere.

As for regearing: If you have 4.10s and unless you are chasing 7++ trails in Moab I would not regear based upon moderate use. My 35s are driving by 4:88 which were an option on the 23/24 JLR. They sure wake up that 3.6 because most of its torque is on the top end of the cam profile and the 4:88s gets there in a hurry...

I think over all this is coming down to what I REALLY need rather than to put depending on how i use the car ! Everyday city driving few camp trails i think 33s might be the one , get some all terrain to get rid of the stock M/S they are noisy for every day drive ! And maybe down the road put a lift kit if needed to support the weight of the bumper and what not . I have the sky touch so no rack on top so maybe no lift either!!

Lift only high enough to clear the tire you want to run. Run the smallest tire you need to clear the obstacles on the trails you run. Buy quality parts.

I dont think i need a lift for 33s on the 2021 Willys , and on top of that i have extended warranty so just 33s no lift wont mess it up . I just go easy trails with family during nice weather so far so nothing crazy .

35s will fit without a lift and be fine on the street. As for the regear, if you had a 3.6 id absolutely regear for 35s. My dad has a 2.0 and he's on 35s and a regear is not needed. It feels as good as my 3.6 8AT does with 4.56 and 35s.

I had my regear done by a forum member for $1k plus parts a few months ago... $2100 out the door. Best upgrade yet. I also have the M186 front and have added a locker and axel truss. I don't hardcore offroad, or climb rocks, but wanted to add some strength and capability if ever needed. I stick to mild/moderate and forestry roads. Just to get to the good camping and fishing spots, about all my "off-roading" entails these days, aside from long trips on scenic back roads.

drive it as is and enjoy it, it'll come to you what you want to do with it. Your rig is probably more capable than you are at this point in time. (no insult)

It did not rub on the street for daily driving/Commuting. Try running over curbs, it may rub. He has the 1.5" Clayton ride right lift at this time and its perfect.

I'm sure I'm in the minority, but anyone who lifts a JL on Sport fenders without first swapping Rubicon or other high-line fenders is nuts (for the reason you state -- if you can clear bigger tires without lifting, why not do so).

PRECISELY why I re-geared my 3.6/auto running 34" rubber, to 4.56. Maybe for the 2.0 not so important, but for an engine with a 10" long crankshaft (lol), that makes basically zero torque below 2K, shit-canning those 3.45 sets was priority one for me! ?

Please don't clutter the internet with logic, it bogs the bs posts everywhere else.

How much height do you gain with the Rubicon fender swap?
