Rear window switch broken

We were roadtripping the last few days and noticed that the rear right window switch on the rear center console seems broken. The switch handle is very loose, and while it can lower the window, it won’t raise it. I’ve seen others complain about the switches just not working, but this feels like a mechanical thing rather than an electrical one. Anyone familiar with something like this or know the best way to get at the switches to see if it’s something I can fix?

Don’t mess with it. Bring it to the dealer and let them handle it. You have a new 2024 vehicle that is covered by warranty. Now is the time to use it.
