All the cracks come from one point and it looks like there is an impact mark.

make sure you get all the glass bits out from between the fender flare and body, it will raise hell with the paint. Probably worse than the little stones that get trapped in there.

Maybe an impact (road debris flung up from driver side tires) from earlier that weakened the glass in that spot and then gave out overnight from temp change from day to night.

Not sure what you think is missing. In the election of the rear passenger side window, the tall vertical item is the reflection of a telegraph pole.

There's a lot more pics this time. Only the first two this morning when I first responded. I still don't understand the red paint flash on the edges. Automotive glass is pretty tough. Birds dive bombing are gonna get hurt.

^^^ There’s no red overspray on that glass. What you’re seeing is the red painted side panel showing through where the glass is broken away from it’s mount channel. OP states no repairs have been made, side panel never was removed from the vehicle
he just found the glass fractured.

That's definitely an impact spot that was pointed out. The glass didn't break on its own.

Jeep is covering it under warranty, problem is, the replacement is backordered until 08/08/2025.

Tomorrow I should be getting call from Stellantis Customer service to discuss my options.

Picked the Jeep up today. Jeep covered it under warranty. Their initial estimate of getting the replacement glass by the first week of August finally only took one week.
