With your doors off, your jeep should go to ""sleep" the same as it would if you had doors on. just turn it off and leave it alone for a couple of minutes.

If this is not working, try installing just the drivers door and see if that shuts it down completely.

But, if your Jeep isn't shutting down at all with the doors off...then that is a MUCH bigger problem.

with the doors off you probably should walk away with the keys too so that way they dont keep it awake

both of the above are sound advice, IMHO.

Try making a change and see if it sticks to test your procedure.

Or email zautomotive support - they have been pretty helpful to me in the past.

i find it very difficult to get the J**p to 'sleep' if it can 'hear' a key.

i've taken to wrapping my key in foil if i'm trying to do a Sleep Cycle.
i even keep the keys in a foil-wrapped bag (homemade Faraday solution) when parked nearby to get it to 'sleep'.
