Question regarding engine + interior swap

I was wondering if anyone has ever done an engine plus interior swap, removing the jl computers and dash and putting analog gauges like in the older models.

something like in the picture.

would it be possible to keep ABS, A/C, cruise control, door lock and electric windows? Are there any components that would work doesn't matter what the engine is? Or maybe it would be possible to make the jl A/C work?

Just asking, I have no idea of how it is done.

Legally no........ Can blame our intrusive government for that one.

You could go full race interior in those states that do not test...... But you will loose the luxury items, unless you went aftermarket.

I am in Europe, and I live in a place where periodical inspection is not a problem so... would it be possible? From the technical point of view
