North Carolina Quadratec Warning! Missing $2000+ and items

This is a public shoutout to @Quadratec and a warning to all potential customers.

Bottom Line: I paid over $2000 for a lift kit and voodoo rope have not received the complete order over four months later. To date I have not been offered a refund, compensation, or any other solution.

None of this is exaggerated: I have made over 12 phone calls, spoken to over 5 different customer service agents, and spoke with one Supervisor.

I have many emails from both agents AND the supervisor making promises that never happened. I have been told multiple times that they would get back to me with a solution only to go weeks without hearing back.

Not only is this super disappointing, it’s very unprofessional and shady.

fair warning to all- I’m sure many have ordered without any issues- I would recommend avoiding this shady business at all costs.

Could there be an issue with shipping? Some venders can not ship out of N. America due to restrictions on Automotive parts. Additionally there is the tariffs issue depending on which country you are in. Anyway to ship via Military channels? Although that in itself could be a issue. If it disappears you're out of luck.
Quadratec should be straight up with this and refund your $ if they can't fulfill your order.

Would not suspect a shipping problem if sent by USPS to an APO.

If Quadrtec shipped via FedEx or UPS to the APO address, it will go to that APO in NY, AA, or other APO, and stop. The packages won't leave the US. (My experience with APO while in the Army)

After that, who knows what happens to these packages. Quadratec should know this.

I left out a lot of details since there are many. Basically I placed the order over the phone so that I could make sure that all items could and would be delivered and was assured that yes, they could.

you’re right, they should know this. I made the order over the phone to ensure there wouldn’t be any issues with shipping.

the issue is that some items delivered and some did not. Since I did not receive a complete kit, I asked them just to let me return the few items I did receive and get a full refund. They seem really hesitant to go this route and after months still have not offered a refund solution.

You have the option to dispute the credit card charge. If you're with USAA, they will be helpful.

Maybe at this point, that could be the best option for a refund.

While not an excuse, there are a variety of reasons why certain orders may be delayed; especially when they involve drop-shipped items from third-party manufacturers. In some cases, the manufacturer may not have the item in stock, or shipping may be restricted due to regional policies, backorders, or ongoing supplier issues, which have unfortunately been worsened by new tariffs and global logistics challenges.

That said, none of those factors excuse the lack of follow-up or the promises that weren’t kept, and we take full responsibility for that breakdown in communication. We want to make this right.

Thank you for the response, I appreciate it. I would like to restate that my frustration is not by what went wrong with the order, rather how it was handled after the fact.

Starting communication has not been a problem, maintaining communication and receiving answers is the issue.

While it’s not $2k worth of items I’m dealing with the same issue with them…Doesn’t seem like they have any interest in canceling an order they aren’t fulfilling. Disappointing to say the least.
