Quadratec nightmare custom service

Hi guys, I placed an order two weeks ago and was hoping they would ship my RCV shafts soon. Two days ago, I decided to call and ask for shipping information. I waited on hold for an hour, no answer. Still no reply to my email either, and the stupid online bot just kept giving me the same answers to all of my questions, no real help at all.
Does anyone know what's going on with them? What has your experience been like with Quadratec?

I placed an order with them using a gift card issued by them. After a month of waiting I cancelled. I made MULTIPLE attempts to get the gift card refunded back to the gift card and after months of getting ZERO responses to chat, email, unhelpful CS on the phone I guess I just gave up and they won. But I ordered $1000's of dollars afterward from everyone BUT them. Now I just Round file their catalogs.

Quadratec sux! I'd rather pay slightly higher than buy anything from them. But they are usually the highest price of anyone out there.

Well after ordering on Thursday and shipping on Friday , it arrived today with the two winch spacers and the hardware missing. So, way to go Quadratec. Called warn directly and they are shipping the missing items to me. Winch plate installation is delayed

The issue of shorted or wholly absent hardware is something that I'm noticing with increasing frequency in forum posts that mention it...and not just on this site, either. It's been called out on other discussion forums that I visit, and even occasionally in Amazon reviews.

It's a problem that seems to be getting worse, no matter who might be at fault here. To be fair, in those instances when I've had to chase a needed nut or bolt, the vendor in question has always stepped up. That I've had to make these requests at all is worrying, though, because it's been more than twice now.
