Quadratec Customer Service Nightmare

As a follow to my earlier 'complaint' - my order was eventually fulfilled despite being told multiple times that it was cancelled after being 'hung up in the website processing'. When the order was shipped I only got 1 of the 2 items. I reached out via the chat on the website and after waiting about 30mins to get someone they send the second one overnight after verifying the order.

Again not great or ideal - had to return the items I ordered from somewhere else thinking my Quadratec order was cancelled. Seems like they are working on the issue but I am probably not going to be testing it until I see feedback that things have improved on orders. If it gets back to the state it was a year ago I will be back as a regular customer but that is going to take some serious convincing from the community.

Hailey "elevated my ticket" and I now have a tracking number! My bumper is supposed to arrive on Friday. However, it currently says it's shipping to Duluth, MN. I live in Michigan. The fun continues!

Just ordered a cargo liner, skid plate and touch up paint. All in stock and scheduled to arrive this week.

I've given up on Quadratec and Extreme Terrain. Both will take your order even if they have no idea when the item will ship, or if it will never ship. My apologies to the folks at both companies that do a good job. It's more of a management decision to bait and switch on their customers. Now I prefer to order from Amazon or directly from the manufacturer.

I only tried to use them, back in Oct of last year. I wanted to order a 10a Hood from them. I wanted the Mopar, not a Chinese knock off. I tried calling them for three days, and they would never answer their phone. So I found out that it was just as cheap from my Jeep Dealer, so I ordered it from them.

No. It was still a customer service nightmare. It shouldn’t have taken a month and 10 pages of people saying “me too” to get them to take care of their customers. Until this thread blew up everyone I talked to blew me off and lied to me and it sounds like that’s what happened to a lot of other people too. I feel like I was generous enough when I updated the original post and said they did finally remedy the situation.

I just placed an order this morning, and got an email confirmation this afternoon that it had shipped already, will be delivered tomorrow as it shipped from PA and I’m in NJ so it’s not all bad apples with them, I’ve never had any issues over the years purchasing from quadratec or extreme terrain
