Just to note- that feeling doesn’t go away. I just bought my 4th and I sat in the driveway just to look at it tonight. Weird, maybe- but I think that’s when you know you got the right vehicle.

Bugged my sales guy for the VON, and from what he sent, I've got a VIN (but the online lookup says nothing found yet) The fragment of the paper he sent the picture of appears to show that it's in D1 already.

I have concerns about where my sales guy gets his information- he told me that my Jeep is in KZ status. I hope he's right, but DAMN would that be fast!! The jlcryptostickers.net website still says nothing found for both build and window, and the Jeep website still says "no info for that VIN."

Not that I'm antsy or anything...


Edit: at 9:36 Eastern , I got the update from jlcryptostickers.net that my build sheet had been found.

Today at 7:42 Eastern, the Jeep,net information had populated. 8 pages of glorious jeep goodness!

The build happens pretty quickly. I ordered on 2/11 and mine was done on 2/19. It’s shipping that causes a delay for most.

Congrats, and I was surprised by the time as well. They're cranking these suckers out these days!

Edit: I wouldn't bet on shipping taking anywhere near that long, they just put that in there as a disclaimer.

With respect to the late great Tom Petty, "The waiting is the hardest part." I wish I could say that ain't true, but I know from experience of several ordered vehicles that it's most certainly true. But, you can pass the time away by looking at all the neat toy you can buy for your new baby.
