So is that illegal? Every seagull I have ever seen, I had an inherent urge to kill them. I don't know if any of you live on a coast, or have been to the coast before, but seagulls suck!

Has anyone thought that maybe that flock of seagulls was actually a flock of asshole seagulls, and that guy was doing the world a favor!!?

Yeah, this does not really seem like something that's illegal.
Sure, it's a dick thing to do and you normally need to be wary of the type of people who are cruel to animals for no other reason that just enjoying it, but illegal? Not sure about that.

Seagulls are protected throughout the US under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918. This protection is due to their coastal nesting habitats being potentially under threat, which could impact their population numbers if breeding grounds are destroyed.

The Migratory Bird Treaty Act is shared conservation legislation between the United States, Canada, Mexico, Russia and Japan, offering protection to birds with a range that extends into these countries, safeguarding against any form of destruction or harm being done to the birds, their nests or their eggs.

One of the articles I read commented on them not being “Hunted or Fished”, as silly as that sounds, I have caught a few of them fuckers fishing. 🎣 especially when trolling for Salmon, if you don’t get your bait down FAST, them bastards will grab your bait, and sometimes get hooked. I don’t like it, and try to avoid it, but sometimes you just can’t help it

Yeah, definitely driving through a flock of them, with the Intent to injure or kill them is without any doubt Illegal, and it Should be.

Any animal cruelty should be illegal and 30 days too think about it would be fine by me.
