So is that illegal? Every seagull I have ever seen, I had an inherent urge to kill them. I don't know if any of you live on a coast, or have been to the coast before, but seagulls suck!

Has anyone thought that maybe that flock of seagulls was actually a flock of asshole seagulls, and that guy was doing the world a favor!!?

Sure, it's a dick thing to do and you normally need to be wary of the type of people who are cruel to animals for no other reason that just enjoying it, but illegal? Not sure about that.

One of the articles I read commented on them not being “Hunted or Fished”, as silly as that sounds, I have caught a few of them fuckers fishing. especially when trolling for Salmon, if you don’t get your bait down FAST, them bastards will grab your bait, and sometimes get hooked. I don’t like it, and try to avoid it, but sometimes you just can’t help it
