Holy...well that is some good news. congrats!
Thanks! 6 weeks and 2 days from order to delivery. Unfortunately, it will be awhile before I can take pictures. I ordered from out of state and the jeep will be shipped here.

Shoot I may need to return my mopar sill guards. Anyone try these? Looks wider than quadratec ones

Before ordering the xr I came across some posts on here that talked about these larger ones being too thick and creating a gap in the door panel. Some I believe complained about wind noise and other mentioned the issue with water crossings and water in general due to the gap. So I would suggest researching other's experience with the above.

After seeing these comments I decided to go with the factory one which would not cause said issues. However as others have noted it is way too small and I now wish I just used 3m or xpel instead to cover the entire door sill.

Jeepeto - Thanks for the heads up! I wasnt even aware of this product and this is a must have item for me and my dog... Are you using any particular seat covering for the dogs in the back?
No special seat covering, I've got the AAL M.A.S.S. Cargo Storage System going in the storage space behind the rear seats, and I plan on just leaving the rear seats down for now as I never really carry passengers. I'll probably use a Harbor Freight moving blanket over the seat back just to make it easier to shake out the dog hair. I did the same with the back of the 2 door with the rear seat removed, and it worked well enough.

Does anyone know if there are different color real beadlock rings available for the XR wheel? The Mopar one I found is a different color just like the fake one it comes with. I would like to find one that is the same color as the wheel as I think the simplicity would look much better.
I think you'd have to powder coat the ring for anything other than the silver ring. I ended up getting the silver functional ring and I'm just gonna leave it like that. I considered powder coating them black, but they're going to get trashed anyway showing the aluminum beneath the powder coat. I figured in the long run, the silver will look nicer longer, even if it doesn't match the "color scheme" of the Jeep as well.

Heads up if you've got dogs and leather; do something to protect the leather on your door cards. I'm pretty sure my XR already has holes in the leather at the top of the door card by the window. ? I'm crossing my fingers and hoping it didn't puncture and will rebound without lasting damage. I'll grab some photos of what it looks like today when I get home. I've ordered some @ThinSkinz protectors before realizing they were a forum sponsor (I should have checked for a code, but oh well.). I'll let y'all know how they work out.

So I had been warned about this before and a friend suggested a product called “DirtyDog 4x4” they have specific ones for Jeep’s and different options. I got the full package which is a seat hammock, cargo netting to separate the front and back, and it comes with door protection covers. I have it already and it looks quality… I just don’t have a Jeep to install it on haha

The Mopar guards suck because they don't provide nearly enough coverage. That unprotected upper lip is exactly where people put their foot. The Quadratec guards are much better, IMO.

Use caution - some of those sill guards cause air gaps in the door seal (allows dust and water in!) ... just sayin'... they look good and work as designed.

I've used the plastic ones in the past but now use door-sill tapes so the door seal remains intact.

I had a hammock setup for our old Legacy GT, it worked well. Sounds like you found a good system, I can't vouch for the quality of the thin skin stuff, I just needed something quick and that's the first thing I found that looked like a decent solution to my problem. Whatever you do; DO SOMETHING! I'm not really that upset; I knew this thing was going to get scratches, and body damage, and dog hair. I just kinda figured leather was up to the task of fending off dog nails a bit better than this, and if I let it continue as is, the doors would be trashed by Christmas.

Soon there will be sarge photos on here as well! Estimated delivery dates between 9/11 and 9/21 for me!
How are you getting an estimated delivery date? I have asked my dealer, and jeep chat nearly every time I have contacted them. They continuously tell me they do not have that information. I have seen so many people that have had an estimated delivery date as soon as the jeep was being built. I have been sitting in shipping now for over a week and There still is no ETA, am I asking the wrong people or the wrong question?

Hello! I was having that same issue for awhile but eventually one day when I contacted JC they told me that my Jeep was in transit with the estimated arrival dates. I didn’t ask anything special. Just for an update on the progress. My dealer also just sent me an email out of the blue stating that my build was in KZS “transit” status. Hang tight and keep checking in with them (I did it daily and have no shame about it)! I hope you get some good info soon!
