I was trying to figure out why my passenger side was so noisy tonight when my driver's side is relatively quiet (for a Jeep). I remembered seeing that my soft top, on the passenger side, doesn't sit like the driver's side. After looking at the top frame that it sits on, I found this.

Check out the gap on the driver's side.

I ended up unscrewing it a bit and closing the gap. I was curious if anyone else had gaps in their rails like I do.

My doors and top are off right now, so I can't exactly test it tomorrow. I'll put them back on sometime this week and see if this helped at all. I just wanted to share my findings for now.

Ah, was using the search feature. Trying to figure out where on the Jeep is that area. My wind noise sounds like it’s coming from the top corner of passenger A pillar. It’s so loud I can’t even talk to my passenger on the highway
