I think a hotrod Wrangler would be a lot of fun and the slammed Jeep look has been growing on me lately.

On your next iteration (if there is one) you might consider going with cheaper non-beadlocks. Beadlocks are typically for those that air down significantly. After what happened I can't imagine that you'll be airing down to beadlocks levels (10-ish or lower).
I run 10 psi with Raceline non-beadlocks and never have had an issue and this is with a heavy 392. 40s and serious trails. I do keep Ether with me just in case but have never had to use it.

And 100% DOT legal everywhere with none of the leaking issues of true beadlocks. To me they are probably the best compromise you can get currently. And the price is actually less than the MSRP of the wheels I have now...If it hadn't been for the sale on these I would have just got them to start with but I also didn't know if I'd like bronze on sting-gray so this let me see if I liked it for a decent price. Turns out I love the bronze on sting-gray so will be doing it again next go-round. The 701s are pretty close to what I have now so leaning that way.
Bronze on Sting Gray is a great look and why I went that direction.

After conferring with a friend of mine, I realized that I'm going to need not only front suspension parts to properly run 37s, I'm going to need rear suspension parts as well, ie. Track bars, tie rods, drag links, and a steering stabilizer in the front. 😵

So after running the numbers, including all of the other things I want to do next year, if I get 37s I'm going to end up spending $5,600 next year, and if I get 35s it's only going to be $3,600. I'll let you guess where the extra $2,000 comes from. :lipssealed:

After talking over with the wife, and listening to my stomach, I'm going to run 35s for my next tire go around, and then after that I'll look into 37s.

I want to be able to go up to 37 now, but with everything going on in my life, trying to get a house, having our grandkids full-time, trying to pay down the credit cards, that $2,000 will go a long way without having to spend it on the Jeep.

Honestly my number one thing for next year is to get that back seat and two four-point harness in the Wrangler, that way we can start including the Wrangler in family trips. 🤗

My number two thing for next year is getting that stage 2 / transmission tune, which I will properly shelve until a later date.

The tires are a must, and I pretty much have everything else I need to successfully go off-roading, so figure I'll start off in February with the new tires, then I'll get rear seat in the spring, and then finally the tune in the summer/fall. And then hopefully after that we'll get a house and all focus on that for a little bit with the follow-up being a lift and 37s, along with I'm sure a plethora of other things that I'll be wanting to do the Jeep after we get a house and get settled in.
Buy some steelies and slap those 35's back on there and let the partying begin.

We love to buy stuff for our jeeps, but I’d argue that you don’t need any of that extra stuff to run 37s. I think you have some sort of lift, you have wheels with more backspacing than stock. That’s all you need.
Not sure if you have bump stops already, if you don’t that will keep your tires from rubbing into your fender.
I got a track bar early on because I thought I had to (like a lot of stupid mods I bought before using it and finding out what I actually needed). I have stock steering, and I wheel the shit out of my 37s. I started doing that with a spacer lift before putting in taller springs. Haven’t felt the need to upgrade steering, ball joints, etc…

edit: and it’s true, every one of my friends that have gotten 35s ended up selling them for 37s.

Did you toss your original rear seat or something?

Track bars, tie rods, drag links, and a steering stabilizer in the front.
Are you positive you need that stuff? Maybe a steering stabilizer relocation kit, but all of that? I obviously could be wrong, but I'm thinking you don't give a fuck how it handles.

I haven't, but I also have Rubicon 4.10s with my weak-ass pentastar. It works fine though. Most people don't worry about 3.73s with the diesel.
Would it be better if I spent another few grand going to 4.56 or 4.88s? sure. just like a couple grand on steering and ball joints. Don't get me wrong those are consumables and I plan on having to upgrade/replace those at some point, but I've gone a long time without upgrading those. So I don't think there's a lot you need to mandatory upgrade right away as long as the tires fit in your wheel wells!
@SadRobot is still rocking her front dana 30 with her 37s... Though she did just upgrade her steering and stuff.
Lots of examples of people wheeling pretty stock on 37s, that was my encouragement to you.
