Phone Mount - Running MagSafe Behind the Dash?

I've been looking through several threads on mounting my iPhone in my 18 JLUR - looking for a wireless solution, ideally taking advantage of MagSafe. I think I've landed on the following solution but would really like to run my USB-C wire behind the dash vs. plugging it in the front.

Does anyone know how best to run the MagSafe charger, with USB-C connection, behind the dash? Ideally where it powers off with the ignition.

I used the power tap wiring that you can get that uses the cigarette lighting power and added a USB outlet to it and ran it to the glovebox. Then I drilled a hole in the tray on top the dash and used a tig welding rod to fish a USB C cable up from the glovebox and out the top of the dash.

I used the Mob Armor magsafe adapter on a 67 designs mount on top the dash.
