Just checked, the two USB ports in the rear of the consul still have power. The only one that lost power is the one buried inside the consul.

For what it’s worth I’ve had them about a year now and think they’re awesome. Daily driver for me and still impressed at low road noise, great on wet roads, was really impressed how they handled snow/ice and do great off-road. I’d definitely recommend them.

I originally had a Cobra 75 and swapped to the Midland GMRS. I had the Cobra mounted right behind the glove box.

I did loose the USB inside the console. I probably could have looked into a splitter but no longer needed the USB in the console since I had the phone mount.
