Overheating issues 2023 JL

What temp causes limp mode? I have towed my trailer with my 2019 JLUR up to Silverton from Durango and had no issues. I did replace my OEM radiator with a Cold Case aluminum radiator and swapped out the Rubicon grill inserts with the Gladiator inserts. I have towed the trailer (2800 lbs) up a 7% grade in 109˚ heat this summer and the max temp my coolant hit was 241˚ with the AC on. When I turned the AC off it dropped to 231˚.

It will start reducing power at the high 240s. Full limp is 250°
