Ordered jeep, where is it?

The wife ordered her ‘23 JL Willys June 2022 when the ‘23 ordering opened up and picked it up around mid September 2022. I ordered my ‘23 JLU Willlys end of September and picked it up mid November. None of it makes sense but either way they were both worth waiting for. Only thing I can recommend is sit back, chill, keep up on the forums over here and maybe even download the owners manual from Jeeps website.

If there's anything certain about ordering and delivery, it's that it will be a completely random process from the moment your order number is created to when you get the keys and take it home.

Everyone here has seen the gambit of luck to the nonsensical when it comes to these things.

Dealerships only add to the jumbled mess of possible outcomes and lack of information.

And how many of us unintentionally gave ourselves borderline anxiety disorder by using all those trackers ? (I took mine home October 1, 2022 but the trackers still show it hasn't been shipped lol)

It's like that old saying "A watched pot never boils"...only with a Jeep, and we can't see it even if we wanted to watch it "boil"

Mine sat in a yard for 2 weeks, twenty minutes from my house, waiting for a union trucking companie's schedule to fill for delivery to my dealership... bitter.

I ordered mine in July 2022 and got it November 2022. The dealer said 3-4 months and it was delivered a few days shy of 4 months.

That said, if you ordered in June you should at least have a VIN and maybe a projected build date by now, though I did stay in D1 limbo for quite a while before it moved. I'd try @JeepCares and if you've been talking to your dealer at your dealership, it's time to go over their head and ask for management.

I ordered my 4 door Rubicon X on May 8th. It was finally at the dealer in Kentucky on Sept 1st. Is on a truck to California. Still waiting...

I understand what yr saying but they got yr money already and probaly wont be refunded so u can either do two things just wait and enjoy the jeep whenever It comes or two try to get yr money back and look on the lots for another jeep. I went tru same issue as you. And didn’t wanna stress myself for things I couldn’t control, and the build time for MT was unreal with no date in sight, then a auto workers strike etc….. some people waiting 6-8 months already. I didn’t wanna do that so I went looking for a similar jeep build on the lots. Wasn’t 5% below invoice like if I did order it. But I’m happy with the price and been driving the shit out of my jeep instead of waiting n waiting for one. Good luck

I ordered my 2 door Wrangler Sport S in Earl Grey on June 20,2023. I put $1000 down to place the order. I was given tracking info (which has not moved from ORDERED status) l. I have made multiple attempts with both the dealership (Boone Dodge Jeep Chrysler) and the corporate customer service line with no reconciliation. What do I have to do to get an answer as to when I will get my Jeep?? I am currently working overseas but will need my vehicle when I come home.

I ordered my 1st order June 14th ('23) Was told on the 20th they rejected my order. Placed the next order on the 21st, Aug 4th I ran into my BIL who works for stallantis & he jotted an email to someone one the 6th, and I got an email the next day ot was being scheduled. Took delivery 2 weeks later.

I just placed my order today for 2-door Rubicon X in silver zynith. The 'X' package came up as restriction. Dealer said it might come off restriction in a week. But expect 3-4 months for delivery. To the original poster, I'm in NC and I hear the Boone dealer has the highest doc fees in the state - over 1K. Galeana in Columbia, SC has the cheapest.
