Yeah working with the finance manager to cancel all the warranties now. Hopefully they actually do it.
I am in a very similar story. Purchased my JL two weeks ago. I don't have a garage, to do my own work, as I live in an apartment complex so I opted in for the dealer 3rd party warranty offered through "Century". It was 5 years/60k miles for $1,900. Mind you this is my first jeep. Two days later I found out about the mopar warranty. I went to the dealer and signed some forms to cancel the "Century" warranty as it is still within the 90 days. I ended up getting the mopar 7 year/100mile for $1300. Feel like such an idiot. Fairly certain I will never see that $1900 I spent on the 3rd party dealer. Called "Century" and they said I would get the $1900 when the vehicle is paid off. The dealer says it will reflect on my next monthly payment. None of it makes sense. It pisses me off because my monthly payment has the $1900 rolled up into it. Ill see if my monthly payment goes down on the next payment but this seems very suspect to me.

I've always wondered about how registration works when you buy out of state. For you guys who bought out-of-state from Criswell do you go to your local MVC with the VIN to register it prior to sale or does the dealer register the car locally in the state of sale, and then you re-register it later in your home sate? I also imagine that the title is issued in the sale state.
Thanks in advance.

Not sure what states they handle, but for Virginia buyers they handle all the paperwork. The finance department collects Virginia sales tax along with Va. registration fees. You leave the dealership with Maryland temp tags and they handle the VA DMV paperwork. Your Virginia tags get mailed directly to your home.

Did any of you guys trade in a vehicle while ordering from an out of state dealer? How did that process go?

I did - we drove my van up, picked up the jeep and then drove over to carmax (about 3 miles from Criswell). Just had to wait for them to transfer the quote I received locally, they gave me the plate (which I turned in locally) and the check - took no more than 20 minutes time..
