Now that the color matched top for ocean blue has had the restriction lifted, I am trying to get my ordered changed before going to D1. I am still in D but as of Monday it will have been 3 weeks since order and going to D1 could happen at anytime. Iv been trying to get in contact with my dealer with no luck, however I am not sure they can do anything anyways with it being the weekend. If they can make changes over the weekend I plan on driving over to the dealer and making sure things get taken care of.

Anyone know if orders can be placed and/or changed over the weekend?

UPDATE FARTHER DOWN PAGE- THEY CAN NOT SUBMIT CHANGES ON THE WEEKENDS, NOW WAITING TO FIND OUT IF CHANGE WENT THROUGH.

I'm not sure how much I believe this, but my dealer told me once an order is placed there is no way to make changes. Others on this forum seem to have had luck as long as it is still in "D" and hasn't progressed to "D1". I fear, though, you are at the mercy of your dealer.

I ordered the color matched top this morning and my dealer said that Chrysler won’t do anything with orders until March allocations open next week.

Do you have a exact date on when orders open in March. I'm in the same boat with matching top for Sting Gray .

Sometime next week, my guess is Thursday.

Thanks for the intel. Will be heading to dealer Monday morning to switch to matching top. Even if I have to wait it's worth it. The more I think about having to paint a black top to matching top on a brand new vehicle the more it urks me. Looks like Ocean Blue had same problem with matching top. Couldn't order matching top at first now they can and I believe it was 4 weeks after the color release. whiich I beleive most folks would of waited. Feel bad for some of the folks that wanted it and can't switch. I understand when something is'nt available to order but Jeep really needs to comunicate with thier dealers and tell them when it will be available so the customer can make the choice thats right for them. My dealer said 2 to 6 months which made me make a decision I not happy about. I think the 2-6 months is BS because he just wants to get the order in to make the sale.

HERE IS AN UPDATE!!

The dealer submitted my change last Monday, that night I check and went in to D1 status and the very next morning I was back in D and have been their ever since (Possible good news). It has now been over a week and my dealer still has no verification that the change actually went though. I've been trying to give them their space and not flood them with asking everyday, but I don't want to miss my opportunity with it still being in D.
Is there anything I can do to try and find this information out, and circumnavigate the dealership. I hope they are doing everything they can to get it done for me, but you never know with dealerships.
