Tomato tomato. They'll be hard pressed to have a different warranty based on manual vs. automatic.

If I’m following all this correctly, this means that even the new jeeps coming off the line today and tomorrow will be limited to a maximum tire size of 33 inches? If that is the case, the bronco and upcoming land cruiser will bury the wrangler.

Oh, gotcha. I thought you meant that oversize tires would have voided the recall coverage

so, hypothetically, if one had 35s they should put the 33s back on there before appointment?

Taken off a 2018 Rubicon. Tires have about 50,000 miles on them (60k on jeep but rotated in the spare) so not much life left. Great shape, one wheel has a very small chip out of it (circled in image). Hopefully my username doesn't need to be in each photo!

Yes, sorry, meant that 1st gear is 5.13. That's what I was afraid of, I almost never use sixth gear even with 33s. I don't have the cash for a re-gear so I guess I'll stick with 33s!

Sad to say I've had variety of electrical problems with my Jeep. Intermittent loss of audio, backup camera not going on, blue screen, "turn signal light out" error when it's not out...I just hope they figure it all out before my warranty expires!

This just happened to me as well. "right front turn signal out" but was working just fine. I turned the Jeep off long enough to gas up and still had the issue when I started it back up. We'll see what happens tomorrow. I'm also having sporadic issues where my backup camera doesn't work...
