My dealer added 3 options to my build 2 weeks after I placed my '22 JLU Willys Sport order (was in D status), and both the sales mgr and the GM worked with the FCA rep and confirmed that the change request was good to go. I added a hard top, premium half doors (vs base) and the tow package. Now I'm 2+ months post-order, my Jeep just got built and I got access to my build sheet...wouldn't you know that my changes are not showing on the build sheet. My dealer is playing dumb and blaming the screw up on FCA.

Has anyone successfully made changes to their build after the original order was placed and not seen them ultimately reflected on the build sheet? I'm hopeful that my dealer is just misinformed and that I'll be pleasantly surprised when my window sticker comes available, but I'm thinking that I am likely just SOL.

Jeepless at the moment.
I have had regional FCA rep change my order after the editing window had elapsed. The order came as I wanted with the edits and changes completed. I did not look at the build sheet for that particular order but the process worked.

Good to hear...my best guess is that the FCA rep that assisted my dealer didn't see the process through. If you have a minute and want to check your build sheet and let me know if your changes made it there, you can add your VIN after the "=" at this link and it will pull up the sheet: https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=

Happened to me… they put the wrong color leather and dealer also blamed the factory. Dealer then refused to make it right (I asked them to redo the seats in the color I picked since I was paying for it) Caused me to walk away from the deal and order from a different dealer. Market was, and likely still is, too crazy for the dealers to care because they’ll just sell it 10 min later

I caught a mistake on the dealers order and called him. He was able to make the change and the correction did show up on the build sheet.
The last Jeep I ordered in 2018 was supposed to come with just the color matched hard top and no soft top. Dealer told me all was well even after I caught the mistake, the Jeep showed up with the soft top crammed inside the hardtop. I raised a little hell in the showroom and dealer took out the softop and removed the charge as well.
