If you want opinions about your order wouldn’t it help if you told us what you were considering ordering motor wise ? If you only care about color, whatever but could be drivetrain changes coming.

Colors can come and go with little to no warning. Trim and option changes are model year with rare exceptions. Your priority appears to be color. There is always a degree of gamble. Example— 24 was an improvement for Willys buyers over 23. Other options were more trim level restricted reducing choice. All red seats in an otherwise black interior, no option, but full float axle for instance. 25 could lose the Stop Start off button for mpg compliance, or more nannies like exit honks, also could possibly get the T-6. If you can place a no or refundable down wait as long as possible to order so 25 info becomes available in time to cancel or choose not to. If not put your money on 24 or 25 and spin the wheel. Win or Lose. ? The house holds all the aces on a price increase . ?
I agree and if they don’t have Sarge green available for 25 I’m sure you could locate a 24 that checks off all your box’s

I chose to not gamble and reorder when the XR was announced in 21, out of fear of another 4 month wait rolling it into a 22 and proven true rumored “Additional California Emissions Equipment”. After finding out the XR’s disable 4cyl in OR+ I would have gambled. ??

I heard the 25 4xe will have better range and more power.. which blows because now I have my 24 4xe all tricked out
Who knows what will be able to be swapped over, just like the 23 to 24 they are still finding small changes

you said ? You’re not the OP. ? also you can get the Rubicon with the 2.0 OR the 3.6. ?
I’m the guy who bumped the thread.

Any new insights here? I’m starting to think about a new order to replace my 2021 coming off lease in July. I’ll do another Rubicon or Rubicon X 4xe. I’m interested in A) updates to the 4xe, and B) new colors. Originally wanted Sarge but heard that is going away/gone away? Maybe I’ll do Anvil? Or just another red like my first Sport? Or something really cool I don’t even know about?

Bumping the thread doesn’t mean you take it over, the subject is the OP. Besides, you still never listed what motor you’re interested in. Worthless without all the information.

I’m not sure why you need other peoples opinion to make a decision on buying a car but whatever ?

I’m not looking for opinions. I’m looking for information, like if anyone has heard more about what changes will be made for 2025, like upgrades to the 4xe system, and what colors will be available since the one I planned to order, sarge green, is no longer available.
