Yeah availability for everything sucks. I wish it was like mountain bikes where you could go and test them before you buy them.
I hear you on that, I had tried a set of 35” Goodyear Duratrac`s on my 18 Rubicon JLUR and they were so hard to get balanced that they ended up taking the tires back, and I went with standard BFG KO2`s and they were the 35x12.50x17 E range and at 30 psi at each corner it really rode nice in my opinion

I know they make a 39 inch BFG KO2 in D load. I wonder what those sit when mounted? Probably about an inch and a half smaller so my guess is 37.5

If they made the 39 inch in C load that would be amazing.

I’m trying to decide between these two wheels. Anybody have an opinion between the two?

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Those Fuels are a quality wheel, might look at Methods too, I believe they will be a bit lighter.
As far as tire availability, might contact @Discount Tire and see what they can do, they seem to find some when others can't. I'd strongly consider Mickey Thompson & Cooper, I have some Mickey Thompson ATZP3s waiting in my shed, can't wait to get them on :)
Good luck w/ whatever you end up with, and don't leave us hanging, we need to know if & when :)

Thanks for the suggestions! I will definitely post them up in my build thread once I get everything on I would say within the next 4 to 5 weeks because the install shop is pretty back logged, maybe even up to six weeks. I’ll probably have all the parts in the next two to three weeks.

I am going to measure my mounted spare for an overall OD and measure the tire height mounted on the jeep. I will get to top of the tire with a level in both directions and see what the standing height is

Typically there's much fewer tire and sizing choices for 18" wheels and it only really serves to worsen the overall ride quality and reduce valuable tire sidewall for trail use. 17" is the sweet spot for these vehicles.

But some people like it - some people ride on 20" wheels even, but that's a bridge too far for a Wrangler IMO.

Interesting if it’s going to reduce tire choices I’ll just go back to 17

Jessi already stated what I was going to mention. Less tire choices in 18” and harder to get. Also, in many cases they are more costly as well. Not sure 18s would make that much difference in ride quality on 37s.

After doing research I am going to go with a 17 wheel diameter to keep my possibilities open since there definitely seems to be more choices for that size. Here are my top three choices right now. I know they’re all very different tires and any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

18” wheels provide more space for the brakes at least. Been some reports of rocks getting stuck on the 17” wheels and causing issues

Yes.
Stick with 17's.
From the tire choices you laid out, do the beast some justice and go with the Coopers, something more aggressive than KO2s...shit man you have a 392.
I run KM3s 37s and they are very nice so far for an MT.
