Oil Change Interval / Frequency Question

How often would you guys recommend the oil be changed (an amount of time please) for drivers who put few miles on per year?

With good quality synthetic oil: 7500 miles and no more than a year between changes.

Synthetic oil doesn't really break down over time, at least not in the relatively short span of time you'd be covering 10,000 miles. Once a year is definitely going to cover your ass.
