Thats a fair question..which to be honest..I can't remember if I did or not. Id like to think I did as I had the wrenches to do so with me.

Its currently sitting at the in-laws getting enough work done to the paint that'll ensure itll never go off road 🙄 otherwise I'd try to get underneath it between rain showers.

If it sits out there a while I may just go out and do it at their place, as its in a garage much larger (and with flatter floor) than mine. At the very least for peace of mind in knowing it was checked.

Coming from torsion bars, and late 60s tech..and not having put a wrench on anything yet.
The sway bar links are often a cause of noise.

Get under there and go over all the hardware. We've seen brand new Jeeps with many loose bolts and hardware.

I believe that. When I worked at the dealership, I had a car come back that I sold (brand new) with a loose radiator hose clamp. The lady wondered why it shot up on the temp gauge so quickly and smelled all the time. I didnt make friends with service over than instance, thats for sure.

Alright..so we're gonna revisit this as my silicone fix to the rears is no longer working. It almost sounds like a squeegee..to be honest.

I can feel the vibration most in the end links, so I may un-bolt them and rotate them out of the way, then bounce on the hook/hitch to try to get it to make noise.

As far as the front..Im still at a loss. I keep seeing the aluminum vs iron knuckles being the culprit for the click..but I've been bouncing back and forth between projects to the point where I've not had the time to do much further diagnosis (diagnoses?)

The kicker is it has a 6 month "warranty"(being a used car, we all know why the quotations are there) from the dealership..but I can't trust they'd cover anything. Id much rather take it somewhere that specializes in Jeeps/off road..but Im hoping to avoid that as well.

I was on the way out to get in the truck and head to work, and got curious. I pushed on the front bumper of the Wrangler and got one click out of each side, but couldnt replicate. Heres a quick little video/audio of the rear noise.

This may sound like a ridiculous question..so bare with me.

Im going to order new rear sway bar end links, but Im a bit confused. The OE style (both greasable and un-greasable) im finding online are not straight up and down, but the links on the Jeep now are straight up and down.

Now, it has Terraflex shocks on it, and the Terraflex links are straight up and down, but it is my understanding they are for lifted suspensions. I have not found evidence of a lift having been installed. (Though, Im running 35x12.5s and only rub at full lock). So, should I just order the TerraFlex links, or just get OE style? Now..the front door have the curve, but that's a separate concern at the moment.

Not much to update, but I did manage to be allowed to drive it today (yes...it reads exactly as it sounds 🤣) and it definitely has some rear shimmy to it.

The wife scheduled an appointment at the dealership about it, but not being certain if these are factory links or not..I hesitate to go through with the appointment.

How best can I tell if these are factory links or not?

Kind of late to give you my 2 cents, but before doing anything else, spray wd40 in the sway bar bushings. Not at the links, but where they attach to the frame at all four corners. Just jab the spray pipe in there as well as you can and spray. If it works, it would be worth it to remove, grease and reinstall.

So, I did that early on with WD40 and it helped momentarily. I then did that with silicone spray and the noise went away, until it got stuck in a little bit of mud. Since then, the noise is back and no matter how many times I spray, it doesn't seem to help.

Then, you know this was it as I thought. Unbolt the swaybar from the frame, using sand paper to remove rust, spray paint the frame if needed and grease the bushings real good and reinstall.

Fair enough. In any case though, id might as well replace bushings (both links and frame mount) while Im there. I assume just OE replacement frame bushings would be adequate, but that then gets back to the end links question.

I recently had a very this problem it sounded just like yours. Horrible creaking sound on bumps and clicking when turning the wheel. Mine started after installing new lift springs and ball joints. I went through everything with a fine tooth torque wrench. It ended up being my skid plates. I never even touched them on the install but the frame movement during the work must have bound something up. They were tight but the sound didn’t go away until after I loosen all the bolts and re-torqued them. If you have after market skids I would give it a try.

Might be too late but after looking over your pics, I can say you are definitely lifted. Your rear sway bar links are not factory and it appears the original rear sway links have been moved to the front. Plus the aftermarket bump stop extensions are an easy tell.

Not too late, but I have wondered that since we got it (whether it was lifted or not). The links being flipped is something I've found over the last day or two in digging, but I thought it was odd doing that without concrete evidence of a lift.

I know it went to a semi-local shop (according to the Carfax we got when we bought it) and had thought about calling just to see what was done. But I wasn't sure if, since I wasn't the owner at the time of services performed, Id be able to obtain that information.
