All five of my doors did it. Only four now - the tailgate one finally broke and I had to replace it. It's quiet for now, but...

Thanks for sharing your video. I think I'll just learn to live with mine that are real similar to your creaking. Mine (25 Wrangler) started at 4k and I had both door checks replaced at 5k and it's still making the same noise. I've read these threads about it going back to 2019 having the same issues, and seems to be an internal door component making the creaking sound that doesn't seem to have been sorted out after all these years.
