Exhaust Issue - Noisy

I have a Jeep Wrangler 2008 Two Door and all of a sudden, when I accelerate, the engine is extremely noisy. I believe I have a leak in the exhaust at a location i had repaired about a year ago but am not 100% certain. Could someone take a look at the link and let me know their opinion?

That thing flapping around is due to the leak, right?
