I second the Method vote.
I have seen them take a beating in King of the Hammers and several other Ultra4 events and keep on ticking. They are tanks in wheel form.
I've been able to go down to 5psi without burping (well ... at least going flat) on Colorado trails. (Rocks galore.) I've loved my set and will buy again. I normally go with 10-15 psi when I was doing 15-20 psi on previous wheels. I still feel comfortable that I'm not going to break a bead. So much so that I sold my CO2 tank.
Bead locks are going to provide more holding power for lower pressure for sure. But it comes at a cost. The question really comes down to: How low do you go with your pressure and how hard are you on the wheels?
IMHO you will be served very well by a set of Method wheels.
