Take a close look at the damaged area on the boot. If it's a cut or tear, then it's likely trail damage. If it is a straight split along a rib it may be a defective boot and may be covered by warranty. I've had both scenarios on past vehicles.

Do you think Jeep will cover the warranty after they see my huge tires?

Can I drive like this for a few thousand miles?
I've ripped a cv boot on another car and drove it probably for a year plus and nothing blew up. I'd guess it would be OK, but keep this in mind...

The longer you drive it torn the more it's going to cost. It looks fresh; if you get it done now it will probably be just a new boot. If you wait, the grease will leak and get nasty and then the bearings will go, causing you to get an entire new axle shaft.

Also if it’s a small hole I’ve seen people use some glue/epoxy stuff to mend the hole before. Hardest thing to know is exactly how much grease you’ve lost. Hopefully it’s minimal. Check your local auto parts store and find some CV boot repair sauce like JB Weld or something similar. Just make sure you clean the boot and dry it off before applying.

This is how it looks after I drove it around, some of it is gone

Will the Jeep dealer blame it on my big tires if I show up for a warranty claim?

In the first picture of the CV facing to the right it looks like the smaller metal pinch ring is gone on the smaller side. You’ll notice Tommy on still have the larger pinch ring closer to the axle shaft. Those are stupid strong and tight. I have seen them fail before because of poor QC. Chances that you ripped that off because you have larger tires isn’t zero because they’re going to say you go offroad but Jeep does takes that into consideration if you read the warranty stuff. It states that they will cover parts if they fail on the trail if you are wheeling within the parameters of that jeep’s ability. I’m not saying they will or won’t honor it. I’m just saying because it sounds like most dealerships aren’t willing to help us real jeepers out. And the last picture the grease is gone because it was sitting on the cv boot and then your drove it. Because you drove it the centrifugal force flug the grease all over the underside of your wheel well and the road. It’s going to be a messy clean up. It’s not the end of the world though. And axles are super easy!

Probably depends upon the dealer.
Mine had looked pretty much like yours when I'd returned from an 1100 mile trip in the Idaho backcountry. Dealer said they'd take a look at it. Called me later and said they'd warrantied it and put in an entire new axle shaft as they were concerned about possible internal contamination. TBH I was a bit surprised.

I fear that if I set up an appointment with them, they will charge me a diagnosis fee ☹

That is a risk. If you can clean it up with some paper towels, look to see if it is a tear or a split seam. If it's a tear its probably out of your pocket. If it is a split seam you might take some pictures and drop by to discuss with a service manager before setting up an appointment.

wipe the grease up to have a clear picture.
Still wonder why Jeep put CV on the axle, they always get rip when doing anything else than rock crawling.
I got a friend who ripped one on his truck, was cover under the warranty, with the warning next time you pay.

This is not related to pot hole or bigger tire, this is most of the time physical damage to debris you get on the trail especially when you run in the bush. Same with water you do not see, ripped a brake line in one of those...

Not sure if you can change only the booth, if not you need to replace the entire shaft in this case run it until it turns in dust, will last a while ;)

Replace a shaft is a fun project you should attempt yourself.
