I took my muffler off and ran it for a week around town. I liked the sound but the more I drove it the less I liked the volume. It was a little too loud for me so I put the stock muffler back on. Until I start to damage the stock muffler I will leave it on and then will look into replacing it with something along the lines of the Savvy axle back kit or have a local shop fab something up.

I understand.. however anywhere I go is up at a 25 degree (plus) angle..I'm in the 4-5k rpm range.. theres no way I could deal with a louder muffler thanks to Jeep's cams.
Don't you ever come back down the same roads? :CWL:

Personally I hate the muffler delete sound too. Aside from it being too loud, the tone is crap. A full exhaust would help with the tone but exhaust sounds are for those who don't understand induction sound.
