Is anyone running a catback delete pipe? How much louder is the exhaust? Any video clip you can share? Thanks

Had too much drone for my liking, also didn't sound that great. Stock is good in this case.

I agree with the above. I just installed a delete pipe from MBRP and will now be going back to stock. I wanted to hear the engine and the price of $115 was just too tempting.

I like the sound it makes below 2000 rpm, but that is about it. Videos of delete pipes don’t do a great job of picking up the amount of noise that enters into the cabin above 2500 rpm. It’s not horrible drone, but it’s certainly not a pleasing sound.

Along with the unpleasant highway cruising, the sounds at high rpm’s under full throttle remind me way too much of the typical clapped out 350Z or G35. In my opinion, v6 sounds should be experienced in small doses.

I agree as well. I put on a FLowmaster American THunder Axle Back. I hate it!! Its so loud in the cabin.. And Droany!! I want the factory muffler back. But I hate the way it hangs down.. I put the axle back on because I wanted the High Tuck and clearance. Now I have to figure something else out.

If you want to test roughly what it will sound like remove your muffler and take it for a drive. Its very easy to do. I ran like this for a few weeks to see if I would like it. Around town it was fine and sounded good enough. Long highway drives convinced me to put the muffler back on.

So I added a MBRP pipe. Been driving it and has a droan at certain rpms but overall like it. I was out rock crawling and glad that big oem muffler wasn't there as I would have dented it several times. I will give it a few months, at least wife likes the sound.
