I’ve got to figure something out soon, I drive a lot of gravel roads for work and after just two weeks I’ve been seriously rock pelted with numerous chips in front of each rear fender.

I'm not sure why Mopar can't come out with some flaps that fit the Rubi, similar to those on the JK. I'd buy them right now.I’ve got to figure something out soon, I drive a lot of gravel roads for work and after just two weeks I’ve been seriously rock pelted with numerous chips in front of each rear fender.
Same here. At this point the rear flares are really dinged up. i wanted to replace them at some point but not necessarily after 3 mos and definitely not before finding a solution.I’ve got to figure something out soon, I drive a lot of gravel roads for work and after just two weeks I’ve been seriously rock pelted with numerous chips in front of each rear fender.
The inside/underside of the fender flares are different on the Rubicon. Here's an animation I did a while back to visualize the differences...I went ahead and ordered the ones spoken about above. I figured my jeep guy could figure out how to attach them. After my current rubi recon threw paint onto the side of my jeep I refuse to go without them.
Brilliant! Thank you for sharing this! Well done!!The inside/underside of the fender flares are different on the Rubicon. Here's an animation I did a while back to visualize the differences...

I can't imagine how they could fit the Rubicon and still fit the others. I hope you find they work, but the Mopar splash guards that fit the Sport and Sahara weren't even close on my Rubicon. I returned them.![]()

I've had this problem with another vehicle before and gave eBay a look. I'll order a set and see how they fit.
I'll await your reply to know for sure. The title says Rubicon, but the fitment "models" on the page list Rubicon, Sahara and Sport, so I'm not convinced just by the title. I hope they work out and I'll consider them for myself if they do! I might opt for something much softer though, that won't pop plastic rivets if I catch one on a trail...![]()

Thanks for checking it out, though. You did some of us a favor. I was really hoping they'd work, but wasn't optimistic.Just had a set off ebay delivered..... no bueno,,,,, don't fit and I had to pay for return shipping.....very irritated as I specifically asked seller about compatibility with the rubicon jl......
I can also confirm that they don't fit. Thanks for checking it out, though. You did some of us a favor. I was really hoping they'd work, but wasn't optimistic.
I too have ordered Mopar front and rear mudflaps and found that the front may work if you can cut holes to accommodate the factory rock sliders. The rear are shaped completely different.I can also confirm that they don't fit.
