I did the install today following the instructions on this forum thread, took a bit to fish the wire but it was pretty simple other then that, thanks for everyone for posting the photos and explaining the step by step ?

The Scangauge 2 works, I haven’t used the 3 but it should work just fine but is more cumbersome to mount. You’ll also need to program in most of the useful gauges using the X-gauge.

Scangauge 2 is about 150
Scangauge 3 is about 250

Just finished my ScanGauge 3 mount. Fish the communications wire all the down the pillar to the OBD. Wiring is ran alongside the factory wiring behind the molding.

Scangauge is the device.
Xgauge are extras gauges for specific platforms. Xgauge is just code entered into scangauge.

Scangauge is the hardware. Xgauges are configurable gauges customized for the EcoDiesel (or other engines) on Scangauge hardware.
